Acceptance
By using DINDIE you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
The platform
DINDIE designs, produces and sells physical objects through dindie.com. All products listed are designed and produced by Dindie. We are responsible for product quality, accuracy of listings, and fulfillment. In the future, our platform will expand to enable independent designers to sell their work through Dindie. When that happens, these terms will be updated to reflect the new model.
Orders and payment
Placing an order constitutes a binding purchase agreement. Payment is processed immediately. Prices are shown in the currency displayed with each product and include applicable taxes at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, stock errors, or pricing mistakes. You'll receive a full refund if we cancel.
Returns
Returns are handled according to our Return Policy. Because our products are made-to-order, we only accept returns for damaged or defective items reported within 5 calendar days of delivery. See our Return Policy for full details.
Intellectual property
All product designs, branding, interface, and content on DINDIE are owned by DindieTech S.A. de C.V. Don't reproduce them without permission.
Limitation of liability
DINDIE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any products purchased through it. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nuevo León, México, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
