What we collect

When you place an order: name, email, shipping address, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers). Analytics records page views, product views, cart actions, checkout steps, device information, and pseudonymous visitor and session identifiers. For signed-in visitors, we use an internal account identifier to connect their activity. When you contact us: the contents of your message and your email address.

How we use it

To process and fulfill your order. To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and support replies. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Shipping carriers receive your name and address to deliver your order. Stripe receives payment information to process transactions. Google Analytics processes measurement data for DINDIE; we do not send it shipping addresses or payment card details.

Cookies

We use essential session and cart cookies. Analytics is enabled by default and may use cookies across dindie.com and pay.dindie.com. You can turn it off for this browser at any time in Analytics settings on our privacy policy page.

Data retention

Order records are retained for 7 years for accounting purposes. If you request deletion of your account, we'll remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Minors

DINDIE is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your account at any time. Email [email protected]. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under CCPA. Contact us for details.

Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store payment card information.

Analytics preferences
