Shipping policy
Processing time
Most objects ship within 3–5 business days of order placement. Larger items (tables, shelving units, items over 20 lbs) ship within 5–7 business days. Processing times are listed on each product page. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping methods
Standard shipping via UPS or USPS Ground for items under 20 lbs. Freight shipping for larger items — you'll receive a tracking number and delivery window by email. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and depend on your location. Most US orders arrive within 5–10 business days of shipment. Freight deliveries may take 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight and destination. Free shipping is offered on select items as noted on the product page.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your order arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund. If your order is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days.
Geographic coverage
We ship to the 48 contiguous US states. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally.
